Salary: Up to PKR 550K
Job Description
- Responsible for achieving the overall sales targets of the assigned region.
- Lead and manage a team of 20–30 members to drive regional business performance.
- Build and maintain an active client base of 350–500+ clients.
- Conduct regular market visits, client meetings, seminars, kiosks, and business development activities.
- Develop and maintain 10–20 corporate relationships to strengthen business opportunities.
- Monitor regional sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
- Ensure team retention of up to 90% through effective leadership and engagement.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and sales forecasts.
- Take ownership of regional hiring targets and ensure timely recruitment of team members.
- Conduct and participate in mandatory team training sessions.
- Attend 1 external and 2 in-house managerial development sessions annually.
Preference: Banking Experience will be preferred.
