ASK is looking for a dynamic and motivated professional for the position of “Learning & Engagement Executive” to support its Consulting & Training Division.
Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Exposure: HRM, Training, Consulting, Marketing, or Development Sector
Salary Range: (90k to 110k)
Locations: Lahore and Islamabad
Key Responsibilities
- Support consulting and training operations
- Assist in proposal writing and business documentation
- Coordinate with clients and maintain professional communication
- Support marketing and promotion of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Assist in developing presentations, training materials, and engagement content
- Coordinate learning events, webinars, and professional sessions
- Maintain follow-up with clients, participants, and corporate partners
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of HRM and professional learning environments
- Proposal/report writing and presentation development skills
- Social media and marketing coordination exposure preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
