The Information Technology & Innovation Department, Government of the Punjab, invites applications from highly
qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Punjab domiciled candidates for appointment on a contract basis
on the project “Innovate Punjab – Leaders of Frontier Tech Incubators”. The project will catalyze inclusive innovation
across the province – Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, DG Khan, Bahawalpur, and Gujranwala – by supporting
early-stage start-ups in key sectors such as IT, IoT, Fin-Tech, Health-Tech, Agri-Tech, and Climate-Tech, through
incubation, mentoring, capacity building, and market linkages.

General Instructions

  1. The appointments will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per business requirements.
  2. Applications are invited from the required qualifications and experience; candidates may apply by August 24, 2026 up to 05:00 pm.
  3. Only complete applications on standard Punjab counter on a person or emailed at [email protected] will be entertained.
  4. Applicants are required to clearly mention the position they applied for in the covering letter. Applicant must enclose all information, CV, and supporting documents.
  5. In case of selected candidate(s), information, CV, and other supporting documents will be asked to provide before offer of appointment.
  6. In case of candidate working in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel and upload NOC (No Objection Certificate / NOC) from their departmental head.
  7. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
  8. Candidates possessing foreign degrees/certificates must submit an Equivalent Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), when board of interview / selection committee.
  9. Individuals having relevant experience with government, semi-government, and autonomous bodies are encouraged to apply.
  10. Recruitment will be made in accordance with the Contract Appointment Policy, 2004 and the instructions issued by Government from time to time.
  11. The Information Technology & Innovation Department reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process for any advertised post at any stage without assigning any reason.
  12. The number of posts can be increased or decreased under the sanctioned strength of the project.
