Position Title: Flash Fiber Officer
Job Location: LAHORE City
Salary: Basic 40k + 10k Commute Allowance
Job Descriptions:
- Promote and sell PTCL Flash Fiber services to potential customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market outreach and customer engagement.
- Conduct field visits to residential and commercial areas to educate customers on PTCL products, features and benefits.
- Execute door-to-door sales activities to generate quality leads and maximize conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs in line with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely provisioning of customer services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent services.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities and lead status.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience, preferably in field sales.
- Telecom industry knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willing to work in the field and achieve sales targets.
- Must own a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
