Job Title: Flash Fiber Officer
Job Type: Full-Time Field Sales
Salary: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000 per month + Incentives
Location: Islamabad & Rawalpindi (Area assigned near residence where possible)
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Flash Fiber internet services in assigned areas.
- Identify and approach potential residential and business customers.
- Conduct field visits and explain packages, promotions, and service benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Generate leads through door-to-door and direct marketing activities.
- Coordinate with installation teams for timely service activation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Submit daily sales and activity reports to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or field marketing experience preferred.
