Job Description
TruCare Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join its Credentialing Department. The successful candidate will manage healthcare provider credentialing, recredentialing, and provider enrollment processes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end credentialing and recredentialing for healthcare providers and groups.
- Submit and monitor provider enrollment applications with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Maintain accurate provider information in CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, payer portals, and internal systems.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with payers and maintain updated status reports.
- Review credentialing documents, including licenses, certifications, DEA, and insurance.
- Identify and resolve credentialing or enrollment issues and escalate delays when necessary.
- Maintain accurate credentialing records and ensure all follow-up dates are updated.
- Coordinate with the Credentialing Manager to obtain missing documents.
- Ensure all activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2.5–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, payer enrollment, or medical billing operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, payer portals, and enrollment processes.
- Experience tracking credentialing applications, follow-ups, approvals, and rejections.
- Ability to review provider documentation and identify missing or expired information.
- Experience coordinating with providers, payer representatives, internal teams, and regulatory entities.
- Strong understanding of credentialing timelines, payer requirements, and enrollment procedures.
