Position: Area Manager (AM)
Experience: 3–5 Years Sales Mutual Fund Experience
Education: Bachelor’s / MBA Preferred
Age: 28–33 Years
Location: Lahore | Karachi | Islamabad
Salary: Up to PKR 150K
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target: Own and achieve assigned monthly sales targets; ensure 100% team target achievement.
- Team Management: Manage, retain, coach, and mentor 5–8 team members with a 90% retention rate.
- Sales Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly team performance and share daily sales MIS with Regional Heads.
- Business Development: Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve an average ticket size of PKR 1 Million.
- Client Management: Conduct client visits with the team and ensure 5 client visits per week with activity reporting.
- Team Building: Recruit and build their own team according to business requirements.
- Performance Development: Provide regular feedback, identify performance gaps, and work on team development.
- Training: Attend mandatory training and conduct team sessions, including 2 managerial development sessions annually.
- Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate client records, regularly update CRM, and submit required sales/activity reports.
