  • Job Location: Islamabad
  • Position Type: Full Time

 

  • Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related social studies.
  2. Proven experience in business development, preferably in HR and Training & Development.
  3. Strong understanding of HR practices and Corporate Training and Development methodologies.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Outstanding writing skills, business negotiation ability, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and industry trends in HRM/HRD, and Corporate Training & Development.
    Analyze business competition and market demands to refine our business strategy.
    Remain abreast with innovative technological solutions in our Company’s core service areas.
  2. Client Acquisition:
    Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new clients within the HRM/HRD and Corporate Training & Development sector.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
    Meet and exceed sales targets through the promotion and sale of our HRM/HRD and Corporate Training related products and services.
    Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and digital marketing content to prospective clients.
  4. Market and Product Knowledge:
    Carry thorough understanding of academic institutes of higher education and various verticals of corporate and industrial sectors.
    Ability to quickly develop a firm understanding of Company’s various products and services and find market opportunities for their merchandizing
    Ability to properly understand clients’ business needs; and propose customized service solutions in a “clear, concise, and coherent” manner
    Stay updated with industry’s best practices and emerging trends in HRM/HRD and Corporate Training & Development.
