National Programme Associate (Female)

ASK Development is urgently looking for a “National Programme Associate (Female)”

• Job Location: Islamabad

Education:

1. Higher Secondary Education (Intermediate) is required or A University degree (bachelor’s degree) in business administration, or public administration, economics, social/human sciences, or related field will be given due consideration.

Experience:

1. Minimum 6 years (with Higher Secondary education) or 3 years (with Bachelor´s degree) of progressively experience responsible in programme management of health and development projects.
2. Usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages.
3. Reporting and writing with communication skills.
4. Knowledge of the project management tools is an asset.
5. Experience working with international organization, including experience on providing programme support for projects implementation.
6. Demonstrates commitment to UNDP’s mission, vision, and values.
7. Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability.
8. Strong intellectual and operational capacity in providing advisory services to stakeholders.
9. Excellent written communication skills, with analytic capacity and ability to synthesize information.
10. Experience working with UN agencies or international organizations is an advantage.
11. Knowledge of programme planning and implementation, management, and communication.

Language Requirement:

1. Proficient in verbal and written English and a local language.
