- Experience:
- Minimum with 5 years with High School or 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree of experience in design and implementation of M&E systems in development projects implemented by national or international bodies/government.
- Required and Desired Skills:
- Experience in the developing and implementing participatory and results-based M&E system, collecting, collating, and analysing data.
- Substantive knowledge in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Experience in designing M&E tools, Gantt charts, checklists, strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of M&E reports.
- Well versed with computer software and Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.);
- Experience in handling of web-based management systems (PMIS, MS-Project, Primavera)
- Sound knowledge of project management is a must to have.
- Strong drafting, presentation, and Reporting Skills.
- Strong Coordination and team management skills.
- Analysing data and producing dashboards using relevant using statistical and/or project management software.

- Language Requirement: Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Urdu. Knowledge of other local languages is an asset.
