- Education: Advanced university degree (master’s degree or equivalent) in Economics, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or · A first-level university degree (bachelor’s degree) in combination with an additional two years of qualifying experience will be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.

- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years (with master’s degree) or 9 years (with bachelor’s degree) of progressively responsible experience at the national or international level in in project formulation and management of post disaster recovery projects.
- Solid experience in working in complex operating environments.
- Experience of UN or/and UNDP procurement policies and procedures.
- Experience and knowledge of ERP.
- Experience of Early Recovery projects in response to complex disasters and emergencies.
- Experience in the implementation of multi donor funded programmes.
- Strong working knowledge of risk management and previous experience working with risk. · Knowledge of project and programme management guidelines of international organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and managing effective partnerships with government and civil society organizations in the context of health and development programmers.
- Language Requirement: Fluency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of at least one local language (e.g. Urdu, Pashto, Punjabi etc.)
