Job Description
- Assistance in documentation of proposals and reports.
- Creating and maintaining the client’s list database for HRD projects and programs.
- Approaching prospective clients via telephone.
- Creating write-ups and coordinating content for social media campaigns and observances and marketing research
- Spreading ABP-related material to the targeted audience.
- Weekly follow-ups with the clients.
- Marketing the youth-related programs on social media and emails.
- Direct communication with youth and universities for ABP services
- Assistance in circulating the monthly training programs to the related audience and follow up with the targeted audience.
- Management of digital communication channels: ABP social media channels.
- Assistance in conducting monthly seminars/conferences in universities related to the Youth development program and ABP.
- Any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- University graduate in business administration or social sciences.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Close attention to detail and accuracy; personal initiative; and follow-up
