Position Title:

FTTH Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely, high-quality deployment and maintenance.
Monitor quality standards, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company guidelines.
Coordinate with planning, deployment, vendors, and agencies to meet project timelines, SLAs, and resolve ROW issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex fiber related issues escalated from field teams.
Maintain QA reports, documentation, performance scorecards, and track KPIs for operations.

Requirements:

Education: DAE 3 year diploma in electrical/Electronics to Minimum 16 years Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom.
Experience: 1 to 7 years FTTH in relevant field i.e. Quality, Deployment & field operation
Salary: 45000/- to 120000/- monthly.
