Purpose of the Role
This role is designed to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by effectively managing customer interactions across multiple channels. The position plays a key role in addressing customer concerns, improving satisfaction levels, and acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to enhance overall service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through the APP, incoming calls, emails, and other channels, and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Regularly communicate with business teams and summarize common customer feedback, forming improvement plans for business optimization.
Job Requirements – Customer Service
- Age 20–30, junior high school education or above.
- Good analytical judgment and communication skills; willing to make calls to customers.
- Familiar with Excel, Word, and other office software.
- Able to accept shift work schedules.
Pay: Rs 37,000/ per month
