Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, or a related discipline from an accredited institute.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Essential Competencies
- A strong understanding of organizational development and the ability to recommend improvements in roles, structures, and ways of working.
- The ability to design practical learning programs, training materials, and assessments for different employee groups.
- The ability to plan employee engagement initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn business needs into measurable employee development initiatives.
