Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/foreign university.

  • Experience: Minimum 09 to 12 years of banking experience. Preference will be given to candidates having 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Age Limit: Up to 55 years as on the date of application.

Summary / Major Responsibilities

  1. Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of branch on monthly basis.
  2. Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship deepening exercise at branches with existing customers.
  3. Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.
  4. Meeting the clients and maintaining follow up record with potential customers.
  5. Ensure compliance with Operational Risk Management Policies & Procedures.
  6. Improvement in Audit Category by improving Branch Working and implementing Policies and Procedures of BOP under SBP guidelines and PRs.
  7. Implementation of DCFC & RCSA, its daily Updation and its consistent review.
  8. Ensuring and maintaining efficiency in the branch by designing and implementing smooth workflow.
  9. Implementing and monitoring TAT of each transaction while assuring customer satisfaction.
  10. Prompt and effective disposal of customer complaints and inquiries.
