Qualifications
- Professional Engineer registered with recognized Council / Authority
- Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics background
- Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s / PhD from QS Top-100 ranked universities preferred
Experience & Age
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in Senior Management & Senior Leadership Position in engineering consultancy industry
- Experience in design and implementation of large infrastructure / engineering projects
- Master’s / PhD from QS Top-100 ranked universities preferred
- Proven leadership, strategic management and business development skills
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance and stakeholder management
- Lead a major national-level engineering organization (Instead of premier Organization
- Engineering consultancy / infrastructure sector exposure preferred
- Maximum age: 60 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations and overall management with a focus on performance and efficiency.
- Formulate and implement innovative strategies, plans and policies for sustainable growth.
- Drive business development in both domestic and international markets.
- Oversee execution of key projects and large infrastructure initiatives.
- Ensure good corporate governance and best regulatory practices.
