Position: Customer Premises Associate
Education: 3 year DAE Diploma IT/Electronics/Electrical/Telecom
Salary: PKR 40,000 + Incentives (Performance Base)

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure internet and fiber-optic connections at customer premises
- Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues
- Perform maintenance and repair activities as required
- Ensure quality installation according to company standards
- Educate customers on the proper use of internet services and equipment
- Complete assigned tasks and reports on time
- Maintain professional customer relations during service visits
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of networking and fiber-optic systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
