Key Responsibilities:

Install and configure internet and fiber-optic connections at customer premises
Troubleshoot and resolve internet connectivity issues
Perform maintenance and repair activities as required
Ensure quality installation according to company standards
Educate customers on the proper use of internet services and equipment
Complete assigned tasks and reports on time
Maintain professional customer relations during service visits

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of networking and fiber-optic systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned areas
Basic smartphone and reporting skill
