Handle Umrah-related operations and client services, utilizing relevant industry experience.
Acquire new accounts for Umrah and ticketing from the market.
Manage and maintain existing accounts as allocated by management.
Maintain professional relationships with airlines and travel agents.
Ensure strict punctuality regarding office timings.
Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives to enhance skills and contribute effectively to the organization.
Complete any other tasks as assigned by Quality Aviation management.
