ASK collaborating with Punjab Education Foundation, a statutory body to encourage and promote education in the private sector in a drive to promote Quality Education through Public Private Partnership. PEF launched School Leadership Development Program (SLDP) with a view to encourage and support the efforts of the private sector through technical and financial assistance to widen educational opportunities.

Through the SLDP program, school heads/principals are sensitized about the educational management aspects with particular focus on education theories, interactive teaching methods, effective school management and the use of pedagogical skills.

ASK has successfully conducted a number of “School Leadership Development (SLD)” Training Workshops in various districts of Punjab.
