NGO sector is passing through transitional period in
Pakistan and it is also fact that NGOs need to develop their
robust systems including Human Resource Management (HRM).
Further importance of human factor can not be denied in
achieving vision of the NGOs. NGO managers need to know
strategies to increase employee commitment, retention and
work-life balance in NGOs so that turn over of employees
addressed properly. This course is specifically developed
