Akif is a professional trainer, facilitator & management
consultant with more than 15 years of proven track record in
management development, capacity building, project designing
& execution and organizational development. In addition to
human resource management, leadership & governance, he has
managed training projects on recruitment, designing HR
policies, supervisory skills and other personal development
related soft skills.
He has contributed civil society through his HRD initiatives
including a successful project on youth training,
development and their job placement in Pakistan. This
program is an ongoing project of ASK recognized by
international donors.
Akif specializes in tailor made training and participatory
training techniques. He has organized & conducted and
sourced training programs for over 100 organizations for
about 6000 participants on different topics.

Dr. Shimail Daud

Having studied and worked in the UK, USA and Pakistan, Dr.
Shimail, brings a wealth of multi-cultural and cross
industry experience. He has provided training consultancy in
the areas of Personal Grooming, Hospital Management, Project
Management, First Aid, etc.
He is actively involved in the running of Maryam Memorial
Hospital where he guides and manages a team of
professionals. He has been associated with many health
related initiatives of UNICEF and WHO, EPI, NP FP & PHC
where he established, stabilized, managed and handed over a
number of successful projects to his clients.

Dr. S. Uzair ul Ghani

He is founder Director of ASK. He is a consultant and
trainer working in the areas of Stress Management, Health
Management, community Health and HRM with over 17 years
experience. Dr. Uzair has been clinical/medical practitioner
for Psychiatry, Medicine and Surgery for a long time and has
been associated with leading hospitals and pharmaceutical
companies.
He holds membership of various international professional
associations in his areas of expertise. He has visited more
than 14 countries in pursuance of his career.
He has worked Red Crescent, World Bank, Amson Farmaco
Biologico, Japanese Trading House “ SEM Corporation Tokyo,”
Ministry of Health Pakistan, CIRIN Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
Red Crescent Society and Army Welfare Trust, CATALYST

Roche (Medicine) of Switzerland.
His publications include research and clinical studies on
Diabetes Congestive Heart Failure, Hepatitis and
Vaccination. He has also has written training and human
resource development manuals, situational analysis of social
& health conditions and strategic papers on organizational

Dr. Nazir Ahmed Vaid

Nazir Ahmed Vaid is well known and recognized consultant in Pakistan’s Business, Health, Services, Telecommunication and IT Industries. FINATRA, Foster’s, CallMate, CatCom, UNICOM and TeleDoctor are all examples of his successful work in these areas.
Mr. Vaid has a Graduate Degree in Science, with postgraduate work in Management and Telecommunication. While he has also been the head of several large, industrial and commercial establishments, most of his projects are innovative and at the forefront of industry development. Hence, he has been personally involved in all areas of business development, with a special focus on Human Resources.
Mr. Vaid has worked as Advisor to AKD Group of Companies.
Presently he is active in the executive management of several organizations. Now he pursues training as passion more to share his experiences for the good of upcoming HR and the extra-ordinary challenges they are and will be facing.

the curriculum design. Currently he is working as Lead

Noshaba Zafar Mir

Asma Saleem

Asma Saleem is a professional with over 10 years experience
in project management and training programs. She has worked
on various assignments with local and international

Prior to her association with ASK Development as she worked
in projects on literacy, health, infrastructure and
community development on different positions in Action Aid,
BRDP, WB, IWMI and NCHD. She contributed to programs on
gender poverty, gender & development.
During her stay with NCHD she supervised the literacy
program and trained more than 500 illiterates. Her
diversified experience has enabled her to communicate with
her training audience maintaining a frank & friendly leaning
environment.

Mr. Khurram A. Khan is a Professional trainer and consultant
