Monitoring & Evaluation (Three days)

Monitoring & Evaluation (M & E) are important components of the Project Management and it is important for the development workers to understand these terms in true sense.

Further growing demand for development effectiveness is largely based on the realization that producing good “deliverables” is not enough. Efficient or well-managed projects and outputs will lose their relevance if they yield no discernable improvement in development conditions and ultimately in peoples’ lives. This is a paradigm shift in M&E systems through all over the world. This course is design for understanding this strategic shift in monitoring and evaluation and empowers participants to develop effective M&E system of any project. New trends in M&E systems were also kept in mind while developing the course.
