The only constant in life is change. For an organization to remain efficient, and competitive, it is imperative that every employee must be willing and able to adapt to new situations. This necessitates a learning attitude, which leads to managing change among all employees. However, some employees accept change and others entirely or partially dislike it. The employees who like change are easy to handle but those who resist present a challenge in the new environment.
