Training needs analysis is the first critical stage in the training cycle. The others are design, presentation and evaluation. The effectiveness of training programs largely depend upon TNA that determine trainee’s present skill set and required deficiency.

This program helps participants to understand the mechanism of TNA, its process and usage for effectiveness of training programs. Ultimately this exercise helps in linking the training to the organizational performance requirements.
