This course is designed for support staff that does not
have very good Communication skills. Course contents can be
revised according to the level of participants so that their
needs would be addressed.

METHODOLOGY:
Focus will be on practice instead of completion of course
hours. This approach will provide plenty of time to the
participants to learn and practice and to have sessions for
re-enforcement of learnt lessons and tips.
